Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

The position

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to help us maintain and grow the use of our in-house CRM.

As a specialist in this area, you will need to understand and maintain the key areas in which we use Dynamics (mainly lead and client tracking), Marketing automation, email marketing, lead and client data storage, business processes and flows.

Technically this would mean owning the creation and maintenance of custom entities. Managing and monitoring workflows and business process flows. Managing testing and promotion of changes through environments. Working with engineering teams to build custom fields and entities, as required, to interact with our tech and business requirements.

Who should apply for this position?

Someone who loves Dynamics 365 and can work well with both engineers and business stakeholders. You should have demonstrable experience of customising and integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems.

Skills and experience

Must haves

• Demonstrable experience of customising and integrating Dynamics 365
• Experiencing of owning this resource and taking the lead in its development
• Working with solutions in PowerApps
• Understanding of security roles and permissions in Dynamics 365
• A strong problem-solving personailty
• Ability to work with both technical, and non-technical people
• An understanding of the Dynamics 365 Licensing model
