The position
We are looking for an Agile Coach to spend a month with our engineering teams.
During that time, you'll observe their ceremonies, working practices, and interactions with the wider business. You will offer timely guidance on small improvements that could be made.
The output from this contract will be an appropriately detailed report that identifies areas we can improve our processes, what "great" looks like, and a roadmap for how to get there.

Skills and experience
Must haves
- Previous Agile Coach Contracts
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, ScrumBan, and Kanban
- Experience of working with remote scrum teams
- Proven ability to quickly identify process improvements
- Proactive approach to guidance and coaching
- Ability to work with both technical, and non-technical people

- Domain Driven Design
- Azure DevOps
- Financial Services experience
