The position
We are looking a Junior Angular Developer to join our team and help us continue the innovation on our website and mobile app.
Mentored by a Senior Angular Developer, you'll be involved in all aspects of our software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, planning, design, coding and testing.
We are also designing a more formal Growth Framework which will guide you and help you advance your career at Netwealth.
Who should apply for this position?
You have just started your development career and want to accelerate your learning with a focus on the frontend. You'll be working closely with senior members of the team, usually through pair programming, and the Netwealth Agile development processes.
Why this role is important
We've spent the past five years meticulously building an incredible development team - developers, product designers and testers. We've invested in Angular as our frontend of choice, with Ionic as our Mobile framework. We now want to accelerate our development in these areas. A great user experience is crucial to our brand identity and we're looking for more creative developers to build on the great work we've already done.
What you will learn
You'll learn, and share, fresh ideas and techniques with other frontend developers. You will learn the Angular framework, Typescript, Ionic, frontend testing, NgRx, RxJS, Azure DevOps, Scrum, and all the patterns and practices that are needed to create modern web applications.
You'll have the opportunity to skill-up on other areas of our technical stack including C# and cloud architecture patterns.
You'll gain exposure to and learn about Finance and Discretionary Wealth Management.
We are also designing a more formal Growth Framework which will guide you and help you advance your career at Netwealth.

Skills and experience
Must haves

- Can use HTML and CSS to create a web page
